* A Note on Sanitation and Retreat Reset

Because of the size of the facility (including gym, arcade, sleeping areas, and kitchen), every booking includes a full professional facility reset and sanitation service after departure.

For large groups, this typically averages only $10–15 per guest — often less than the cost of a single restaurant meal — while providing exclusive access to the entire building.

When split among your group, most stays average less than a typical hotel stay per person — with significantly more space and complete privacy.

* Ideal Stay Length

Most groups stay a minimum of 2–3 nights to fully enjoy the space and create a meaningful retreat experience.

Summer dates book quickly, so early planning is highly recommended.

• 2-night minimum stay

• 50% due at booking, remainder due before arrival

• 60 days before booking cancelation policy due to the size and preparation required for each group.
